3 BR Sands Villa, Oceanfront, Walk to Restaurants & Harbor

This Condo had everything we needed and plenty of room for a 5 night stay for 6 people and a small dog. We were able to cook or bbq a few meals as well as eat out. Lots of places nearby too. Condo is in a great location. We enjoyed the ocean views by the fire pit on the patio. Owner is quick to reply to questions. An issue with a broken tv was fixed same day for us. The only thing to be aware of for pets is the backyard is not fully enclosed like other units in the complex we have stayed at previously. It is open to the side walkway leading to front gate and patio. It is great to have a backyard, we just created a barricade with baby gates for our small dog. Would be nice if that is shown in listing pictures as well. Overall would highly recommend.

Great area and view! We loved the sound of the ocean. Beautiful place. Well equipped kitchen. Loved watching the classic vehicles cruising by. Very friendly people. Thank you for having us!
